Sponsorships
SeaKing Solace brings together communities rarely reached through a single platform: autism families, people living with POTS and dysautonomia, sailing and marine audiences, science and technology enthusiasts, clinicians, researchers, and people interested in human performance.
Our sponsorship program gives a deliberately limited number of organizations the opportunity to support the research journey while becoming part of the public story surrounding it.

More than an event
SeaKing Solace is not a one-time event.
Phase 1 is expected to span approximately 12–18 months while documenting one of the first prospective studies of natural multidimensional motion. Throughout that period the project is expected to produce an ongoing stream of educational, documentary, and behind-the-scenes content.
Sponsorship extends far beyond physical branding on the vessel. It becomes part of an ongoing research story documented across livestreams, educational programming, and documentary content.
Programming volumes and timelines are planned or expected, not contractual guarantees, and remain subject to research and operational requirements.
Sponsorship inventory
SeaKing Solace limits sponsorship inventory to preserve visibility, category value, and the quality of each partnership. Premium placements are not sold without limit.

Supporting Partner placement is designed as a coherent grouped sponsor area. Identical physical prominence is not promised.
Editorial control and scientific conclusions remain exclusively with SeaKing Solace and its research collaborators.
Geographic exposure
SeaKing Solace is not only a digital media platform. The research vessel itself is expected to operate for approximately 12–18 months across major coastal boating markets.
Northern operations are expected to be based in the northern Chesapeake region, with Long Island Sound as a potential alternative, together with winter operations in Tampa Bay.
Premium sponsor branding on the hull and sails therefore creates real-world visibility in addition to livestream, video, website, and digital exposure.
Potential exposure environments
For brands seeking affluent, high-net-worth, marine, technology, health, or lifestyle audiences, the vessel creates a highly visible physical presence in premium coastal markets.
This describes geographic exposure potential, not a guarantee of impressions, audience composition, or who will see the vessel.
Partner access
Sponsors may receive invitations to exclusive SeaKing Research Partner Days. These events are designed to create meaningful access to the people, work, and operations behind the research program.

Examples
Conditions
SeaKing retains approval over use of its name, trademarks, scientific work, and research representation.
Exclusive vessel partnership
A single organization may discuss an exclusive vessel partnership combining the hull and all major sail branding into one unified visual identity.
This can create exclusive brand presence across the vessel's most visible surfaces in photographs, drone footage, harbor arrivals, livestreams, documentary content, and public events.
Exclusive vessel presence is a custom negotiation because it removes multiple premium positions from the available inventory.
Discuss an Exclusive PartnershipContent partnerships
SeaKing sponsor content should be useful enough to watch even without the sponsorship. Feature episodes can explore subjects at the intersection of a sponsor's expertise and SeaKing audiences.
Why blood volume and hydration matter in orthostatic intolerance.
What wearable technology can and cannot tell us about autonomic physiology.
How modern sensors measure a vessel in motion.
How sail configuration influences vessel behavior.
How research data moves from a vessel to shore.
How synchronized motion and physiological data can be organized and analyzed.
How a scientific expedition is documented at sea.
The financial realities faced by families managing long-term disability or chronic illness.
These are examples only. Topics and editorial treatment require mutual agreement and must remain consistent with scientific independence.
Public communications
SeaKing Solace intends to conduct proactive media outreach throughout Phase 1.
The intersection of human research, autism, POTS and dysautonomia, sailing, technology, neuroscience, and natural-motion research may create opportunities for local, regional, trade, science, health, and potentially national media coverage.
SeaKing may proactively contact local and regional television, print, radio, marine, health, disability, and science media where appropriate.
Potential news moments
Important
Earned-media coverage cannot be guaranteed.
Where appropriate, major sponsors may be acknowledged in press materials, sponsor announcements, approved photography, and media assets associated with the research program.
For premium hull and sail sponsors, public photography and video of the vessel may also carry sponsor branding naturally as part of the vessel's visual identity.
Third-party media outlets independently determine whether and how they cover SeaKing Solace. No outlet naming, link, or sponsor feature is promised.
Partnership value
Most sponsorships purchase impressions.
SeaKing partnerships create participation.
Hull, sails, deckhouse, and coastal operating markets.
800+ planned livestream hours, approximately 50 long-form episodes per year, website content, and archives.
Presenting rights, episode titles, descriptions, sponsor links, and archived content.
Proactive outreach to local, regional, trade, science, health, and potentially national media.
Research Partner Days, approved filming access, science briefings, employee engagement, and milestone events.
SeaKing sponsorship is designed to build long-term relationships around a multi-year scientific journey rather than a single marketing event.
Sponsor reporting
Sponsors can receive reporting on available, measurable partnership signals without a promise of minimum performance.
Scientific independence
Commercial sponsorship never purchases scientific influence.
Scientific credibility depends on independence.
SeaKing will recognize sponsors publicly while maintaining a clear firewall between commercial partnership and scientific governance.
